Amrik Singh Sidhu
I am a UK-registered physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience, specialising in neurological rehabilitation and movement analysis. I hold an MSc in Physiotherapy (Neurology & Movement Analysis) from Queen Margaret University, Edinburgh (2008), and a BSc in Physiotherapy from IPH, Delhi University (2005). In 2023, I was awarded a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) through Cardiff University, recognising my commitment to teaching excellence and academic leadership in physiotherapy education.
My career has spanned diverse clinical settings, including NHS rotations in neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopaedic, and geriatric care. I have a strong interest in community-based rehabilitation and patient-centred care, with a focus on improving mobility, independence, and quality of life for individuals with complex neurological conditions.

I began my career working part-time as an occupational health physiotherapist while specialising in neurological conditions at the Lothian Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Centre in Edinburgh. After spending nearly two and a half years in this beautiful and historic city, I moved to Bristol — a vibrant, artistic place that quickly became home.
Since 2010, I’ve been part of the team at the West of England MS Therapy Centre, where I took on the role of Clinical Lead in 2017. Alongside my clinical work, I’ve also provided private physiotherapy services in community-based neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal care, and orthopaedic recovery.
Over the past ten years, I’ve developed a strong clinical understanding of complex neurological conditions, including stroke, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injuries, ataxia, Parkinson’s disease, and acquired brain injuries. I’m passionate about delivering evidence-based, personalised care that empowers individuals to regain independence and improve their quality of life.
I also lecture at the University of the West of England and mentor physiotherapy students, supporting the next generation of clinicians in developing their skills and confidence. In 2023, I was awarded a Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA) through Cardiff University, recognising my commitment to teaching excellence and academic leadership.
I’m a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and the Association of Chartered Physiotherapists Interested in Neurology (ACPIN). Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, exercising, badminton, and gardening. I’m also deeply interested in theoretical physics and the natural world.
With an empathetic, enthusiastic, and friendly approach, I combine therapy with encouragement to help my clients achieve their goals. I’m passionate about providing access to high-quality treatment — the kind you’d expect in elite environments — and guiding each person through their rehabilitation journey with care, clarity, and commitment.

I am an HCPC-registered Physiotherapist with over two years of diverse clinical experience, specialising in stroke rehabilitation and complex neurological conditions. I hold an MSc in Specialist Physiotherapy Practice (Advanced Practice in Neurological Therapy) from Sheffield Hallam University, UK (2024), and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy
from DCMS College of Physiotherapy, India (2021). In 2024, I also began my Level 3 Personal Trainer course with ORIGYM in the UK, reflecting my passion for integrating fitness and rehabilitation.

My career has spanned a range of clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, neurological, and musculoskeletal practice, with a strong focus on patient-centred, evidence-based rehabilitation. I am particularly passionate about community rehabilitation, where I strive to enhance mobility, restore independence, and improve quality of life for individuals living with neurological challenges such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, and spinal cord injury.
I began my career as a Physiotherapy Assistant at Anoos Physiotherapy and Pain
Clinic (associated with Chavan Paralysis and Rehabilitation Centre, Hyderabad), where I
gained over three years of hands-on experience. Following this, I moved to the UK to pursue
my MSc, later working at Revital Med Ltd under the guidance of an HCPC-registered Senior
Physiotherapist. Most recently, I have been practicing at Sidhu Physiotherapy Clinic,
Liverpool, where I continue to develop advanced clinical reasoning and therapeutic skills in
managing complex neurological presentations. Beyond my clinical work, I am deeply passionate about exercise, gym training, and solo travel. My interest in personal training complements my physiotherapy practice, enabling me to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and fitness. With an empathetic, enthusiastic, and friendly approach, I am committed to delivering high-quality, personalised care- empowering every individual I work with to achieve meaningful progress and long-term independence.
